Burning Rubber

Author: seven January 30, 2008

A near death experience pictorial by seven. Why is this filled under developers journal? :) Just to show the world how developers live close to the edge, be it in front of a LCD, or steering wheel. And I strongly encourage my comrades in battle (bicycle division of nivas crew) to write some near death cycling stories of their own.

I really liked my oz rims and low profiles I had on them.

But…

Good things always come to an end. Sudden end. On a highway running 180 km/h.

I guess all that drifting I did – didn’t help them nether.

  • holy crap! I have those same rims on my Clio. How many miles was on that tire before it burst?

Did your car go berserk on you or did you manage to stop in an orderly fashion? :)

  • Tires indeed needed replacement. :) It’s a mystery how I managed to talk my way out of technical exam station when I registered my car few weeks ago.
“Sir, your tires are shit, sir your front lights are not working, sir … ” :)
“Ok ok, just give me pass, I don’t care.” :)

Btw, I just sold my car, now I am damn pedestrian.

  • huh… so enough drifting start powersliding. :))
