What maniac decided to make glyphs that are almost (or in the case of “Ð vs Đ”, completely) indistinguishable? Absolute mad men.

Let’s do sometihng man! We managed to get working utf8_croatian_collation for šđžčć but not two letter characters nj and lj . For that we had to change mysql source code a lot and we never found time for that.
