Hi, we are NIVAS, a digital agency with more than 15 years of experience working with industry leading brands, delivering solutions for challenging projects, and exploring future technologies and ideas on a regular basis.

We’re in search of an Account manager, with at least 1 year of working experience in managing clients and coordinating projects, offline or online. The person for the stated position will have the opportunity to work on large scale projects in Croatia and abroad. So we need someone with rich communication skills, on both Croatian and English, proactive approach, with an interest towards following digital trends. It’s also desirable that the person has organizational skills, sense of time and deadlines, which are needed for managing projects. Some of the key words which describe this position: team work, processes, leadership, intuitiveness, sense of responsibility, sociability, results, cooperation, negotiation, goals, strategy

Required skill set and knowledge:

• Advanced usage of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook...)
• Advanced usage of social media and Internet
• Usage of any CMS, Project management tools, and time tracking tools
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
• Exceptional communication skills in CRO and ENG (both writing and verbal)
